Compensation & Growth

Assistant Manager: $55,000–$58,000 + bonus

Assistant General Manager: $60,000–$65,000 + bonus

Placement is based on experience, performance, and readiness for responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts to ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and smooth restaurant operations
• Support and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
• Model positivity, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members
• Partner with the General Manager on operations, scheduling, food safety, and compliance
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for leading, coaching, and building relationships with team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A genuine, positive personality that motivates and inspires others
• Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
• Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
