CLOSING Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact.
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant.
• Multitask quickly yet thoroughly.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK CLOSING HOUR 10pm - 11pm
• Consistent and reliable
• Cheerful and positive attitude

• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Have the ability to stand for long periods.
