Meet the Team
Our Materials team plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability to support manufacturing operations. As a Material Handler 2, you will work closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient material flow, perform inventory transactions, and help ensure the right materials are available at the right time. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Where You Come In :
- You will help maintain the accuracy and quality of inventory through routine inventory management activities.
- You will complete data entry for cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and scrap transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- You will perform systematic research and coordinate physical investigations to identify and resolve inventory variances.
- You will monitor inventory levels and product demand to help ensure adequate material availability for operations.
- You will retrieve, transport, and store materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- You will follow established safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- You will support warehouse and inventory control processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You will perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, to support inventory and warehouse operations.
- You are able to analyze information, identify root causes, and resolve problems independently.
- You have experience operating forklifts or can successfully obtain forklift certification.
- You bring a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in everything you do.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
