Forex Account Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Forex Account Officer to manage client accounts, generate new business opportunities, and support the sales of foreign exchange products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads and new business opportunities
• Present and promote products and services
• Support foreign exchange transactions and account requirements
• Assist with pricing and booking activities
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Monitor sales and account activities
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, banking, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience in financial products or forex is an advantage
