Description
MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Program Integrator with deep expertise in kill-chain composition and analysis to support high‑visibility programs serving U.S. Department of War (DoW) customers. This role focuses on guiding the operational level modeling, simulation, and analysis (MSA) of DoW kill-chains/webs supporting the integration of emerging and advanced technologies into the U.S. missile defense enterprise. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset with strong operational and tactical warfighting experience. Must have a proven record of leading multi-discipline teams and creating cross-organizational partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-discipline project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing MSA of complex kill-chains/webs supporting technology integration efforts across missile defense systems Serve as primary point of contact for Department of War stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer objectives, modeling and simulation teams, and program leadership Provide warfighter expertise applying doctrine, concepts, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for closing kill-chains across the entire missile defeat enterprise Develop and assess threat scenarios for MSA efforts supporting government acquisition decisions of emerging/advanced missile defeat technologies Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate new technologies, support feasibility assessments, and guide transition to operational environments Prepare and deliver briefings, intelligence updates, and project status reports to senior government and contractor leadership Ensure all project activities comply with security, safety, and quality requirements Mentor junior staff, promote best practices, and support a culture of accountability and mission focus Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship required due to contractual and security requirements Top Secret/ SCI clearance required Bachelor’s degree in business/project management, engineering, or systems engineering 20+ years of military experience leading time sensitive targeting, joint/service-level operational command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, collection management, and/or battle management Extensive background in time sensitive targeting doctrine, concepts, and TTPs Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships with DoW or comparable defense organizations Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high‑visibility programs Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence Experience with missile defense architecture, command and control, sensors, or weapon systems Can work independently with minimal guidance, tasking, or supervision Prior involvement with integration of emerging technologies (e.g., advanced sensors, software modernization, AI/ML applications, digital engineering) Project Management Professional (PMP), DAWIA, or similar certification #LI-JJ1
