The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll work closely with Australian stakeholders across planning, production, logistics, procurement, inventory, and customer service to ensure products move efficiently from supplier through to customer delivery.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate supply chain activities across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer order execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply requirements to support uninterrupted operations.
- Manage purchase orders and supplier communications, ensuring materials are delivered to required timelines.
- Partner with production, customer service, and logistics teams to meet customer demand and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain supply chain data, reporting, and system updates to support planning and decision-making.
- Investigate supply, stock, or delivery exceptions and work with stakeholders to implement practical solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis that provide visibility into supply chain performance and opportunities for improvement.
Key Criteria
- 5+ years of supply chain experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or similar operational environments.
- Experience in one or more areas such as production planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, or logistics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing operational requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar, combined with advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to food manufacturing, fresh products, third-party manufacturing, or international supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
Work Setup
- Metro Manila (BGC): Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
