Join a dedicated proposal response team that works closely with business development professionals, subject matter experts, marketing teams, and stakeholders across multiple service lines. Together, the team coordinates and delivers high-quality proposals that support client opportunities across a wide range of sectors while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
What your role will look like
As a trainee, you will contribute to the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, helping transform business expertise into compelling client submissions. Your role is designed to build strong coordination, communication, and content development skills while ensuring proposal activities progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
Coordinate proposal activities, timelines, and stakeholders to support the timely delivery of client submissions.
Gather, organise, and maintain proposal content, including credentials, CVs, client references, signatures, and approved knowledge assets.
Draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements.
Partner with subject matter experts and business teams to collect insights and translate complex information into structured proposal responses.
Maintain proposal tracking tools, action logs, and reporting dashboards to provide clear visibility on progress and key milestones.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of templates, knowledge repositories, and proposal best practices.
Support proposal meetings, document decisions and actions, and help ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Your growth and opportunities
You will gain hands-on exposure to the full proposal management process, from opportunity qualification to final submission. Through collaboration with experienced proposal professionals and business stakeholders, you will strengthen your writing, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of proposal workstreams and contribute to improving team processes and knowledge-sharing practices.
The skills you bring
You are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and are available for a 6‑month internship.
Profficiency/Native English
MS Office: Proficient / Independent use, with the ability to prepare, edit, and format business documents and presentations.
Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and AI-supported tools to draft, edit, and summarise content.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
