Purpose:

Are you an ambitious, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of developing strong teams and delivering outstanding results? Delta Faucet Company seeks a Component Distribution Leader for our Jackson, TN facility to support and sustain business growth while meeting our safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The Component Distribution Leader ensures that safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements are met daily. This position also ensures that the materials department adheres to policies, and procedures in a safe, productive, and efficient manner, while encouraging good working relationships and building morale within the plant.

Responsibilities:

Promote and encourage good communication with the workforce, allowing for an empowered and engaged environment.

Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide expertise to execute to timelines.

Achieve and sustain targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels.

Promote a culture that protects the health and safety of our employees.

Strategic planning for efficient material flow into and within the plant.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes and develop and implement methods to improve.

Perform root cause countermeasure analysis on metrics that aren’t performing to target.

Apply principles of the Masco Operating System (MOS) to drive continuous improvement throughout material distribution.

Education & Experience:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree & equivalent experience in Engineering or Business.

10+ years of leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated experience guiding and supporting the growth of direct reports.

High degree of integrity characterized by sound judgement, high ethical standards, and leadership capability.

Demonstrated experience in managing change within a complex manufacturing environment.

Ability to foster good cross functional relationships with peers and support areas.

Proven history of work force engagement, and promotion of an action-oriented environment rich with communication.

Experience with material flow and delivery in a complex environment.

PREFERRED:

Master's degree & equivalent experience.

DMAIC certification

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
