Site Engagement Liaison - Mumbai (Hybrid Role)

As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Role)

Key responsibilities include:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. (i.e. right from Pre-Trials Assessment to Close outs)
• Min. 2 years experience in Project Management or Clinical Trial Management in an MNC
• Min 8+ years in Onsite monitoring experience with 5+ years in MNC
• Should be responsible for complete Site Management
• Should have SEC (Subject Expert Committee) presentation Skills to Regulatory Authorities (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
