Treasury Sales Specialist

Role Scope

The Treasury Sales Specialist supports Texas Republic Bank’s deposit growth by identifying opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and recommending treasury management solutions that fit client cash-flow objectives. This role partners closely with loan officers and internal teams to move opportunities from discovery through pricing, setup, and successful rollout.

Key responsibilities include developing new treasury and non-credit business, preparing proposals and presentations, completing cost/benefit and profitability analyses, supporting call planning with research and relationship materials, coordinating with product partners, monitoring the market and competitor offerings, and maintaining an accurate pipeline through the full sales cycle. Local travel to visit clients and events is expected.

Required qualifications/skills:
- 2+ years of relevant banking and treasury sales experience
- Strong planning, organization, and deadline management in a fast-paced setting
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to mobilize internal resources
- Working knowledge of treasury products, pricing philosophy, and billing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Daily Workflow

You’ll begin your onsite day in Frisco by prioritizing your schedule, reviewing follow-ups, and confirming the week’s client touchpoints. As a Treasury Sales Specialist, you’ll spend time coordinating with internal partners to finalize proposal content, validate pricing assumptions, and align implementation timing so client expectations are clear. Midday often includes a mix of client conversations and preparation blocks—tightening presentation materials, organizing supporting analysis, and capturing market notes to keep discussions current. Depending on the calendar, you may step out for local business visits or community events, then return to the office to document outcomes and update your tracking tools. You’ll wrap up by reconciling open items, scheduling next steps, and ensuring deliverables are ready for the next interaction.
