THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Food/Beverage Runner at Excalibur to support daily operations for the Starbucks and Roasted Bean outlets by maintaining clean and organized work areas, completing side work, replenishing inventory and supplies, and communicating operational needs to help ensure an efficient and positive guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.3683 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Complete assigned opening and closing side duties to support overall service efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, chairs, storage and service stations throughout the shift
• Relay product needs and feedback to kitchen staff and management, assisting in maintaining smooth operations and high service quality
• Communicate with expediter to ensure delivery of food to the correct table and position
• Replenish inventory and restock supplies as needed to ensure adequate product levels and operational readiness.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to handle side-work responsibilities, such as preparing product backstock and assisting with opening/closing tasks
• Previous experience in warehouse stocking, grocery stores, janitorial maintenance, or food handling is preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all coworkers and guests
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
