Who we are looking for 

We're looking for curious, motivated and collaborative individuals who have at least one year of professional experience and are ready to build a career in advisory and consulting joining our Melbourne & Sydney office. Whether your experience has been gained in consulting, government, technology, financial services, start-ups or other professional environments, you'll bring a fresh perspective and a desire to solve complex business challenges. 

 

What our early career professionals do  

As an Advisory and Consulting early careers professional, you’ll combine the opportunities of a global business with the collaborative, informal culture of a boutique one. You’ll work closely with people at all levels, partner directly with clients and be trusted to contribute to meaningful work from the start. 

 

Our multidisciplinary approach means you'll work alongside experts across management consulting, technology strategy and experience strategy, applying new ways of thinking to solve complex challenges across industries including retail, financial services, consumer products, energy, automotive and the public sector. You’ll have the freedom to explore where your strengths and interests take you, building a career that doesn’t need to be confined to a single path. 

 

Across our two-year Early Careers program, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants in multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business, technology and customer problems. The program is designed to develop foundational consulting capabilities, including problem structuring, research, analysis, structured communication and stakeholder engagement.  

 

Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to develop deeper expertise and shape a path around your strengths and interests. Your future could emerge in technology, data and AI advisory, management consulting, customer experience, innovation strategy or service design. You’ll be joining a business that is continuously growing and evolving, working at the cutting edge of enterprise transformation and AI and helping some of Australia’s leading organisations navigate what comes next.

Your impact

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• You have at least 1-year professional experience in a relevant field, such as consulting, technology, financial services, law, or any other related industries.

• A university degree in any discipline completed within the 24 months prior to the March 2027 program commencement date.

• You must have ongoing, unrestricted working rights in Australia for the duration of the program. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this opportunity. Some client engagements may have additional security requirements.

• An interest in strategy, innovation, digital transformation, customer experience, technology, data or AI.
