We are seeking a talented individual to join our PEMA (Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions) team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

Marsh's Private Equity and M&A Team ("PEMA") is a dedicated global team of risk and insurance advisors that focus exclusively on private equity and alternative investment firms, infrastructure funds and strategic investors. PEMA team's main products and services aim to manage 3 main risk areas: 1) fund level risk, 2) M&A transactional risk, and 3) investment portfolio risk. 

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients to maintain, strengthen, and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain a professional network with peers and stakeholders in relevant industries.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Work closely with insurance specialists to perform insurance due diligence for clients and financiers.
• Collaborate with insurance specialists to structure and deliver insurance solutions for M&A transactions and other client risk scenarios.
• Ensure all insurance placements comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Support the team with other ad hoc projects, analysis, and tasks as required.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder or above
• 5+ years of experience in the M&A field from Big4/ financial advisor/legal field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Willingness to network and build relationships with clients, advisors, and industry peers.
• Interest in and willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Comfortable presenting and pitching to advisors and clients, both in person and virtually.
• Ability and commitment to obtain the required insurance certifications for the role.
• Strong written skills with the ability to draft reports and prepare clear, professional presentation decks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from other departments and specialist teams.
