Position: General Labor – 1st Shift
Location: Franklin, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5AM – 1 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour - have the opportunity to earn pay increases every 90 days through performance evaluations.

What You'll Do
- Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
- Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
- Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
- Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
- Support the production team with additional duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between18.00 to18.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
