Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with German

Job location: Iasi, hybrid work set-up, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Join our Sourcing and Procurement team to support sourcing execution, supplier management and operational excellence. In this role, you will coordinate complex procurement activities, support delivery teams and drive high-quality, efficient sourcing outcomes across multiple projects.

Your mission

• Review incoming sourcing requests, assess business requirements and provide clear direction as a Project or Demand Lead.
• Partner with Capability Leads, Practice Teams and Sales stakeholders to support sourcing execution and delivery objectives.
• Prepare, analyze and interpret complex reports, operational metrics and procurement data to support decision-making.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with established standards.
• Identify, document and implement process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, manage operational issues and act as an escalation point for risks and service-delivery concerns.
• Support complex sourcing projects by defining project plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely completion.

Required Qualifications

• German & English advanced level - B2 minimum.
• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in procuremnt area or in a similar role.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, category management or operational delivery environments.
• Experience working with procurement processes, reporting and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing stakeholders, escalations and operational risks.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex activities with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating small delivery teams or project-based activities.
• Experience supporting supplier performance management initiatives.
• Experience conducting market research, supplier research or financial analysis.
• Experience participating in quality audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience working in multinational or shared services environments.
