We are seeking a Residential Loan Coordinator to serve as the primary borrower contact throughout the mortgage process. They will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, and tracking documentation required to process residential mortgage and consumer loan applications from disclosure through underwriting approval and closing. This position focuses on routine loan files and developing processing expertise while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent required. 
2. One to three years of banking, mortgage, lending, or customer service experience preferred. 
3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
5. Basic understanding of mortgage documentation and residential lending processes. 
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software systems. 
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
8. Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate. 

Salary:  $21.00 - $25.00 / hour- depending on experience
