HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition

Position Summary

The HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading recruiting efforts while supporting key Human Resource initiatives across Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation. This role partners with leaders to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent while contributing to employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and workforce planning. Recruiting is the primary focus of this position, with opportunities to assume expanded HR Business Partner responsibilities as experience and organizational knowledge grow.

Essential Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, skilled trades, professional, engineering, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, schools, and recruiting events.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote Apache's employment brand in the community and marketplace.

HR Business Partnership

• Support leaders and employees with HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support onboarding, training, and organizational development programs.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR processes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Three (3) or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience.
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, or other HR functions is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong recruiting, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
