- Partner with Sales Leads to develop clear and compelling win strategies, ensuring these themes are woven throughout all proposal content and meeting materials.
- Assemble and lead project management teams for key bids, coordinating work between key stakeholders including Sales, Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, Implementation, etc.
- Lead the creation and editing of persuasive, solutions-based proposal content in response to RFx and questionnaires, ensuring complex information is communicated effectively.
- Review and proofread all proposals for accuracy, grammar, and formatting, ensuring all submissions align with company branding guidelines and client requirements.
- Define, execute, and maintain bid management best practices. Identify and pioneer process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates and boilerplate content for organizational reuse.
- Ensure pricing is complete and approved by appropriate Leadership and Bid Governance.
- Identify and resolve issues or risks encountered throughout the bid process.
- Coordinate team materials for all follow-ups, presentations, best and final offers (BAFO), and contracting as required.
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering and sharing feedback from post-bid reviews and identifying emerging market trends.
- Assist with special projects (including leading and communication of change management efforts) across Sales Operations, as assigned

- Strong research and analytical skills
