Description
As a Junior PATT Consultant, you will support our clients in optimizing their PATT (Process, Application, Technology, and Training) strategies, ensuring efficient and effective business operations.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist senior consultants in analyzing client business processes, applications, and technology infrastructure.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of PATT solutions tailored to client needs.
* Support the creation of training materials and deliver basic training sessions to client staff.
* Participate in client meetings and workshops, documenting requirements and action items.
* Conduct research and data analysis to support project deliverables and recommendations.
* Help prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Learn and apply best practices in PATT methodology and consulting.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
* Prior internship or project experience in a consulting, IT, or business process role is a plus.
