Patient Service Representative – Virginia Beach, VA

Konikoff Dental Associates is looking for a friendly and dependable Patient Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you! No dental experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, friendly approach
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options
• Assist with completing treatment through appropriate financial arrangements
• Support the dental team and Office Manager with daily office needs
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!

• Full-time schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
