- Drive corrective actions across internal and external stakeholders to enforce correct financial and VAT accountingImplement e-invoicing readiness for local continuous transaction control mandates.
- Partnership with Business to capture new commercial models and contract structures before they hit the ledger, embedding them into standard accounting workflows; with FP&A to sharpen figures and inputs feeding their reporting models; and with other back office functions (Legal, People, Workplace) on recurring compliance, bookings, and ad hoc initiatives.
- Provide leadership through supervising and developing the Accounting team.
You should have:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and operational finance experience in a high-growth company.
- Experience working in a multinational setting with cross-border reporting needs.
