We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our Patient Engagement Team supporting IMA Medical Group. In this role, you will schedule primary care appointments, forward medication refill requests, route provider messages, and manage a high volume of inbound calls. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to accurately document patient interactions while ensuring every patient receives a positive experience.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

‎ 

• Scheduling primary care appointments
• Forwarding medication refill requests to clinical staff
• Taking and routing provider/clinical messages
• Managing high‑volume inbound/outbound calls (125–130 calls/day)
• Delivering professional, compassionate patient communication
• Documenting all patient interactions accurately

• Healthcare call center experience (required)
• High‑volume call center experience (required)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and primary care workflows
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Reliable, professional, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation Range:

$19.00

to

$28.50

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
