Help us create a better future, quicker!
Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and turning ideas into products that make a real difference?
ScottishPower is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Centre of Excellence. This is an opportunity to shape products, services and experiences that support millions of customer interactions and thousands of colleagues across the business.
What you will be doing
Working at the intersection of business, technology, operations and customer experience, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, solving complex problems and delivering meaningful change. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across a wide range of functions, bringing people together around a shared vision and helping to translate ideas into measurable outcomes.
This role goes beyond traditional business analysis. You'll influence product direction, shape strategic decisions and drive initiatives from concept through to successful delivery. Whether improving customer journeys, simplifying operational processes or supporting digital transformation, your work will have a visible impact across ScottishPower.
We're looking for someone who enjoys tackling complexity, challenging assumptions and finding better ways of working. You'll use insight, data and stakeholder collaboration to uncover opportunities, prioritise investment and deliver solutions that create lasting value.
What you will bring
You'll have experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Change or a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer-focused environments and complex business operations. You'll be comfortable working in Agile teams, managing stakeholders at all levels and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Experience with tools such as Jira and a track record of leading change from vision through to implementation will be key.
Knowledge of utilities, energy, customer service or digital environments would be beneficial, along with experience of enterprise platforms, data-driven decision making and modern application architectures.
If you're someone who enjoys turning complexity into simplicity, bringing people together to solve meaningful challenges and delivering solutions that improve customer and colleague experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Join ScottishPower and help shape the future of customer and operational experiences.
