## Tasks
**Your tasks**
- Develop and maintain the custom Odoo modules of your projects
- Run workshops with customers and write the technical concept
- Estimate effort and keep scope, budget and timeline under control
- Guide the key users of our customers through testing and go-live
- Take part in code reviews and keep the technical quality high
- Work with product owners and consultants in our three offices
## Requirements
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience with Software Development
- Good skills in Python and XML; QWeb is an advantage
- Experience with customer workshops, requirements and estimates
- Good understanding of business processes in sales or finance
- Confident communicator in English
- Structured working method & high commitment
