As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The construction industry moves fast, so we are eager to find a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment and is eager to achieve and surpass the goals that are given to them. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email, or in person.
• Attend on-going training courses to stay current on our products.
• Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer. 
• Capture meaningful client data and sales order information using company-provided tools and procedures. 
• Cultivate relatability and reliability with each customer connection for return and referral opportunities.
• Achieve monthly development and sales goals
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow team members to create a positive, supportive, respectful and cohesive work environment. 
• Participate in regular shifts to cover store operational hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Cooperate in all store activities, as needed, including opening and closing procedures and occasional after-hours events.

 Qualifications

• At least two years working in a goal-oriented sales environment.
• One year of customer service or customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and demonstrate active listening skills. 
• Minimum High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work 5 weekly shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts are typically, 9:30am – 6:00pm
• Working Environment & Conditions: General showroom setting, frequently sitting, standing, walking, and use of computer and phone. 
• Required to wear business professional attire.
