Experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment such as forklifts, welding equipment, press brakes, shears, band saws, automated saws, plasma tables, and overhead cranes is highly desirable. As the facility grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position responsible for training, mentoring, and directing a maintenance team.
