Housing Change & Improvement Lead

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lambeth to assist with the appointment of a Housing Change & Improvement Lead, on a 12-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £478.48 - £649.00 per day

Summary:

A Housing Change & Improvement Lead is required to lead a large-scale housing service redesign programme, coordinating strategic projects, governance, stakeholder engagement and implementation. The role will support the Director of Housing Operations in delivering complex organisational change within a 12-month programme.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall programme and project plan.
• Coordinate the Housing redesign workstream and monitor key milestones.
• Produce business cases, case for change and project documentation.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and senior stakeholder engagement.

Essential Requirements:

• Significant experience leading complex change and organisational redesign programmes.
• Strong programme/project management and delivery skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
