Job Description
As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Toradex, you will shape how the market understands, values, and adopts our embedded computing and software solutions. You will turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, and commercially compelling product narratives for technical B2B audiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B Product Marketing skills with technical curiosity and the ability to build credible narratives for complex products. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you must be able to understand technical products, ask the right questions, and translate technical value into messaging that resonates with developers, engineers, and business decision-makers. A technical degree is a plus, but proven experience marketing technical B2B products is more important.
Main Goal
This is first and foremost a Product Marketing role, focused on positioning, messaging, product storytelling, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy and execution, in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches by creating and managing end-to-end GTM timelines, working backwards from launch milestones to define when positioning, content, enablement, and other launch activities need to start. Identify dependencies and risks, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and ensure launch activities remain on track across Product, Sales and Marketing.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own and develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product narratives. Translate technical specifications and product capabilities into clear customer benefits that resonate with technical and business audiences.
- Technical Product Storytelling: Build credible, compelling narratives around Toradex’s embedded computing solutions. Work with Product Management, Engineering and Sales teams to understand technical details, validate claims, and communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
- Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement resources that help sales and customer-facing teams communicate product value effectively. This may include sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, demo narratives, training materials, and objection-handling support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP.
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Marketing within a B2B technology or technical product environment.
- Strong GTM planning and project management skills, with proven ability to build launch timelines, manage dependencies and milestones, anticipate content and enablement needs, and coordinate activities across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to lead by influence across teams and functions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience developing positioning, messaging, product narratives, and sales enablement materials.
- Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for technical and business audiences.
- Experience marketing complex or technical B2B products to developers, engineers, system architects, product teams, technical buyers, or enterprise decision-makers.
- Experience supporting technical product launches, technical sales enablement, demo narratives, or competitive differentiation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, learn from, and iterate on marketing effectiveness.
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS or cloud-based technical solutions, particularly IoT, device or fleet management platforms, developer platforms, software deployment/update solutions, etc.
- Familiarity with embedded systems or related hardware/software technologies.
