Job Summary

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

We're seeking a relationship-driven, growth-minded leader to join our team as Director, Advisor Growth & Development. In this role, you'll partner closely with financial advisors to help them grow their businesses, maximize firm resources, and enhance their overall experience.


You'll be responsible for developing new advisor relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a trusted consultant on business strategy, practice management, and industry trends. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on advisor success while contributing to the firm's overall growth objectives.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and cultivate new advisor recruiting opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Identify business growth and cross-sell opportunities within existing advisor relationships.
  • Serve as a dedicated relationship manager and trusted business partner to advisors.
  • Deliver strategic consulting and actionable growth plans to support Advisor success.
  • Provide guidance on practice management, business development, industry trends, and growth strategies.
  • Conduct regular advisor meetings and office visits to strengthen relationships and increase engagement.
  • Advocate for advisors by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the advisor experience.
  • Promote adoption of firm technology, resources, products, and support services.
  • Present at conferences, meetings, and educational events.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and relationship management documentation within CRM systems.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, consulting, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support advisors and business development efforts.

Location: Milton, GA (hybrid attendance)
