The role of Youth Care Worker II offers a unique balance of mentorship, leadership, and hands-on care, ensuring each day is fulfilling and dynamic.
Highlights of the Position:
- Engage directly with foster youth to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth and learning.
- Play a leadership role within the team by mentoring Youth Care Worker I staff.
- Be a part of meaningful moments such as leading therapeutic activities, teaching routines, and promoting proactive behavior strategies.
- Help youth build self-advocacy skills and work toward their personal goals.
