About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Advice Support Coordinator to join our Operational function on a Family Leave In this role, you will play an important part in supporting both our customers and Financial Advisers, helping to deliver an efficient, accurate, and high-quality service experience.
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring that all activities are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements and in line with our Quality Assurance framework. This includes supporting the delivery of our ongoing service proposition through appointment scheduling, evidence recording, and report production.
A key part of the role involves processing pension gathering caseloads and legacy asset administration, as well as producing reports and maintaining accurate records. You will regularly liaise with third parties to support positive customer outcomes and will often act as a point of contact for customer queries. In handling these queries, you will support customers through important and sometimes sensitive changes in circumstances, such as power of attorney arrangements or bereavement cases, ensuring these are managed with care and efficiency.

You are enthusiastic, organised, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and customers. Your organisational and prioritisation skills enable you to consistently meet deadlines and work within Service Level Agreements. You approach your work with a “right first time” mindset and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
You are resilient and adaptable, with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and are confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of financial services, particularly within an advisory environment.
You will bring experience from an administrative role and a customer service environment, along with a proven track record of working to targets, time constraints, or SLAs.
