UX Researcher & Service Designer / Experience & Interface Designer

Overview

We are seeking a multidisciplinary UX Designer with strengths in user research, service design, interaction design, and visual interface design. You will create intuitive digital experiences by conducting user research, designing end-to-end customer journeys, producing high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating closely with engineers to deliver accessible and user-centric government digital services.

Responsibilities
User Research & Service Design

• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and behavioural analysis.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, and interaction flows.
• Analyse website usage and user behaviour to identify improvement opportunities.

UX & UI Design

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Develop reusable design systems and UI components.
• Produce visual assets and design specifications for engineering teams.
  

Accessibility & Design Quality

• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Maintain consistency across digital products and design systems.
• Perform design reviews and quality assurance throughout implementation.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support design handoff and implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline.
• Experience in UX research, service design, interaction design, and UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating within Agile product teams.
