Title and Summary
Specialist, Product Management, Corporate Solutions (Asia Pacific)Corporate Solutions is one of the three core verticals within Mastercard's Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) organization, alongside SME Solutions and Transfer Solutions. Corporate Solutions focuses on enabling and scaling commercial payments for large corporates and enterprise customers through innovative card, virtual card, data, controls, and acceptance solutions across Travel & Entertainment (T&E) and B2B payment ecosystems.The Asia Pacific Product team is responsible for driving product strategy, commercialization, market readiness, and product performance across a diverse portfolio serving issuers, corporates, governments, fintechs, and technology partners throughout the region.
The Specialist, Product Management will support the development, commercialization, and growth of Mastercard's Corporate Solutions portfolio across Asia Pacific. Working closely with regional and global product teams, market stakeholders, issuers, and strategic partners, this role will help drive product adoption, support go-to-market execution, and identify growth opportunities across T&E, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and broader B2B payment ecosystems.
This position is ideal for a highly analytical, commercially minded product professional who enjoys working across multiple markets and stakeholders to bring innovative payment solutions to market.
Role
• Support the execution of Mastercard's Asia Pacific Corporate Solutions strategy across commercial cards, virtual cards, payment controls, data solutions, and emerging B2B payment flows.
• Help commercialize new and existing capabilities by developing customer value propositions, product narratives, sales enablement content, launch materials, and go-to-market support.
• Partner with regional and global product teams, market stakeholders, sales teams, and account management teams to launch new capabilities and accelerate market adoption across Asia Pacific.
• Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and portfolio review to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and product enhancement priorities.
• Support strategic issuer, corporate, government, fintech, and partner engagements through business case input, portfolio analysis, , product recommendations and client-ready materials.
• Track product performance, pipeline progress, adoption indicators, and commercialization outcomes to generate actionable insights for regional and market stakeholders.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams to support product innovation, market expansion initiatives, and the successful delivery of strategic product objectives.
All About You
• Experience in product management, payments, banking, fintech, consulting, strategy, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in commercial payments, B2B payments, commercial cards, virtual cards, transaction banking, treasury solutions, travel payments, procurement ecosystems, ERP platforms, or fintech solutions is preferred.
• Experience working across regional or multi-market environments, preferably within Asia Pacific, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data, market insights, and customer needs into actionable recommendations.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of customer value propositions, business drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Highly organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous but not required.
