Help shape the future of JT Group
JT is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join the Executive Team and Board at a pivotal moment in the Group's evolution.
As the leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider in the Channel Islands, JT plays a critical role in supporting national connectivity, economic development and digital innovation. Following the acquisition of Manx Telecom, we are creating a scaled communications and technology group across the Crown Dependencies, presenting significant opportunities for growth, integration and value creation.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Board and Executive Team, responsible for the financial leadership of the Group. In addition to leading JT’s finance function, the role will oversee Legal and Procurement and play a critical role in financial planning, governance, performance management, capital allocation and long-term value creation.

You will be an accomplished CFO, Deputy CFO or senior finance executive from a complex, regulated environment, with:
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience leading finance in a large-scale organisation
- Expertise in governance, reporting, treasury, audit and risk management
- A track record of supporting transformation and business growth
- Experience working with Boards, investors and senior stakeholders
- The ability to translate financial insight into strategic decision-making
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing high-performing teams
Why JT?
This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of a business that sits at the heart of the Channel Islands' digital future. You will play a key role in helping shape the next chapter of JT's growth while supporting the integration and development of a larger, more ambitious communications and technology group.
