The FP&A Manager - Intelerad is responsible for driving planning, forecasting, performance analytics, and decision support across the portfolio. This role partners with Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Integration leaders to translate strategy into financial plans, deliver actionable insights, and ensure strong operating cadence and financial rigor.This leader will own key elements of monthly forecasting, operating reviews, KPI architecture while enabling a “one-finance” view across the combined portfolio.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead monthly forecasting (orders, revenue, margin, opex, cash where applicable) across SEI, Fleet, and Intelerad, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and clear drivers.
Own the annual operating plan and long-range plan (WWPP and LTS) processes for assigned areas, including assumptions, scenario modeling, and alignment to strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain driver-based models (volume, price, mix, attach, churn/renewal, SaaS adoption, services utilization, pipeline conversion).
Deliver robust variance analysis vs. plan/forecast/prior year, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Partner with Integration leaders to ensure financial performance is visible across the combined portfolio and that synergy initiatives are measurable.
Own/coordinate Monthly Operating Reviews finance content: performance narrative, dashboards, risks/opportunities, and actions.
Define and improve KPIs and operating metrics across the portfolio (ARR/NRR, churn, bookings, backlog, install base, utilization, gross margin drivers, productivity metrics).
Drive standardization of reporting definitions and governance across SEI, Fleet, and Intelerad to enable a consistent view of performance.
Improve FP&A processes through standard work, automation, and simplification (forecast templates, reporting packs, variance drivers).
Lead and drive cost controls across the business , accountable for non C&B bottoms up cost control process with PBI dashboards and op mechs
Provide leadership to drive finance leading indicators and daily visual management for finance core processes
Collaborate with controllership and accounting to ensure forecasting aligns with actuals, and that key drivers (revenue recognition implications, cost allocations) are understood.
Lead and drive PBI adoption and ensure data integrity across tools (ERP, CRM, subscription systems, BI tools) and establish clear governance for key datasets.
Mentor analysts or junior managers (if the role has direct reports) and lead cross-functional working teams.
Influence without authority in a matrixed environment; drive alignment and timely decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
8 + years relevant FP&A experience
