As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role encompasses managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development pipeline is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in quality assurance practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing existing processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build automation capabilities and promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Advisory.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks to support scalable testing solutions.
- Experience in integrating automation tools with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative automation strategies that enhance testing efficiency.
- Skilled in troubleshooting automation issues and providing effective resolutions to maintain high-quality standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation Advisory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
