Description

All work must be completed at Canadian Forces base (CFB) Bagotville, AFEC building, 613 rue des Étourneaux Alouette, QC, G0V 1A0.

All work must be performed on DND assets (DND laptop), no personal or company issued computers, notebooks or removable media may be used.

The location of work encompasses restricted and non-restricted areas. Resources shall be required to work within both types of environments and abide by security rules for restricted areas where electronics are prohibited (including laptops, cell phones, USB keys, etc.).

5. The TA will direct hours of work as required.

MA1	The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting network environments, including activities such as receiving IT equipment, inventory and/accountability of IT assets, installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, transfer of assets, and provision of IT support services.
MA2	The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years of experience producing, reviewing, modifying, or maintaining technical documentation related to IT systems or network environments, including systems design specifications, installation documentation, configuration documentation, testing documentation, deployment documentation, or transfer of deliverables and configuration information to operational staff.
MA3	The proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience coordinating activities with clients, users, stakeholders, or project team members in support of an information technology (IT) project or operational environment.
