Description
We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A practice in CMS Warsaw as a Senior Associate.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing local and international Corporate/M&A projects;
- Providing comprehensive client service, including strategic advice and ongoing legal support;
- Preparing and managing transaction and corporate documentation;
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating project teams;
- Supervising and supporting the development of junior lawyers;
- Managing project timelines and workstreams;
- Participating in business development activities, publications and industry events;
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat);
- Several years of experience leading Corporate/M&A projects in a law firm environment;
- Experience in independently advising clients and conducting negotiations;
- Strong knowledge of company law and transactional practice;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Strong project management and team coordination skills;
- High level of independence, accountability and ownership;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
