General Manager

A luxury property management and hospitality group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a premier portfolio in San Bernardino County.

The company is looking for a seasoned leader or a strong second-in-command to ensure excellence in guest experience, property care, and operational efficiency.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily property and portfolio operations, ensuring absolute consistency in standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor an established local team, fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and accountability.
• Be accountable for all key performance metrics, specifically managing company profitability and property owner retention/expansion.
• Directly build, optimize, and manage rigorous maintenance and housekeeping schedules across multiple assets.
• Act as an autonomous operator capable of managing the business independently with minimal training.
• Ensure seamless operational and administrative communication with property owners and incoming guests.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Significant professional hospitality experience with a strong background in boutique hotels, premium resorts, or private clubs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and oversee meticulous asset maintenance and housekeeping standards.
• Strong leadership capabilities characterized by a collaborative, people-first approach.
• Proficient with logistics, scheduling, staff management, and hospitality operational systems.
• Willingness to relocate to the High Desert area with an authentic appreciation for the local lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
• Performance Bonus: Target of $5,000 annually based on profitability and portfolio metrics, with flexibility for performance-driven discussions.
