The Northrop Grumman CIDO Mission Integration & Digital Architecture Support team is seeking an experienced Principal Computer Operations Analyst at our Cincinnati, OH campus. The selected candidate will work with the sector Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) where they will be responsible for managing classified and unclassified IT and Cybersecurity projects in support of the Mission Systems sector and critical national security missions. The candidate selected for this position will be required to work 3 to 4 days per week on site at our Cincinnati, OH campus; remote work 1-2 days per week may be considered.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary customer liaison and manage project scope, schedule, cost, change, and risk activities.
  • Track project status, budgets, EACs, compliance requirements, and remediation actions; prepare status reports and updates for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain core project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), execution plans, requirements, and resource plans.
  • Lead across multiple domains to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
  • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of IT solutions.
  • Independently prioritize and execute work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Promote Agile ways of working by supporting transparency, status updates, task flow, and removal of impediments.
  • Partner with the MS CIDO team to apply digital tools, support digital maturity initiatives, and track value delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Support staff meetings by facilitating discussions, preparing charts/materials, and tracking action items.
  • Manage short and long-term projects through to completion in support of sector operating objectives and enterprise IT & Digital goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience; a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (ie. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
  • The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance as a condition of continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • Current Security+ CE certification.
  • Project integration and scheduling experience.
  • Experience managing projects in ServiceNow, including Project & Portfolio Management/Citizen Development.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • ITAM, GSC, or broader IT experience.
  • Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity management (RIO/TRIO).
  • Knowledge of project management principles; PMP and/or CAM certification.
  • Experience assessing complex problems and developing action plans across divers program, business, and technical teams.

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
