Freelance Organizational Change Manager

📋 Tasks and responsibilities

As OCM Manager, you support the coordination of change activities for the rollout of a new platform with Salesforce integration. Your goal is to ensure that all impacted business teams are well prepared, informed and engaged throughout the change journey.

You work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including another OCM Manager active in the same portfolio, the project sponsor, department heads, team leads and the wider project team. Since the change approach is already underway, you continue the existing delivery stream and help maintain momentum toward go-live and post-go-live adoption.

• Coordinate preparation activities for the rollout of a new platform and organisational model across business departments and project leads
• Facilitate alignment sessions on processes, procedures, organisation and roles
• Execute the change plan and adjust it where needed based on feedback and project evolution
• Organise and facilitate kick-off sessions
• Create and coordinate internal communication
• Lead the change agent network
• Collect feedback through internal surveys, analyse results and translate findings into concrete actions
• Organise training for impacted internal users and prepare trainers for delivery
• Organise demo sessions
• Coordinate internal and external support during go-live
• Ensure a support mechanism is in place for post-go-live follow-up
• Maintain accurate project planning and schedules
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Align go-live planning with key project managers and manage risks and dependencies within the new digital value chain

📝 Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of proven experience in project management and/or change management within an international environment
• You bring hands-on experience in organisational change management and business transformation
• You are a collaborative team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
• You communicate clearly and know how to motivate stakeholders
• You work effectively across teams, cultures and nationalities
• You are fluent in English; a good working knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset
• You hold a certification in project management and preferably in change management methodology
• You are familiar with Prosci methodology; certification is a plus
• You have a solid understanding of business processes, technology landscapes, new technologies and industry standards
• Experience with SAP-related integration or rollout projects and Salesforce is an advantage
• Experience in the insurance or finance sector is preferred

Part-time assignment (40%).
