We are now looking for a Food Manufacturing Sector Specialist to join our North Region team, supporting customers across the Nordics, UK & Ireland and Benelux. We are specifically seeking a candidate based in the Nordics, which will serve as their home region. While your primary focus will be customers within your home region, you will work collaboratively across the wider North territory, sharing expertise, supporting strategic projects and ensuring customers benefit from the strongest technical capabilities available across the team.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you'll act as a trusted technical expert, lead improvement projects and help leading food manufacturers enhance operational performance, hygiene standards, sustainability and food safety.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical projects across food manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on hygiene, cleaning and production optimisation
- Support Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) programmes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, product quality and food safety
- Provide technical expertise across cleaning and sanitation applications, including CIP systems, membrane filtration and water treatment
- Conduct customer audits and identify process improvement opportunities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, sales teams and Global Strategic Accounts
- Deliver customer training and support innovation and continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot complex production, cleaning and hygiene challenges
- Drive value through optimisation, sustainability initiatives and the implementation of new technologies
- Collaborate with colleagues across the North Region to deliver the best technical solutions for customers
What We're Looking For

Experience with food manufacturing operations, Open Plant Cleaning (OPC), sanitation programmes, cleaning technologies, CIP systems, membrane filtration or water treatment would be highly beneficial.

Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering or similar
- Experience within food manufacturing or the wider Food & Beverage sector
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene, sanitation or cleaning processes within manufacturing environments
- Exposure to CIP systems, membrane filtration and/or water treatment is advantageous
- Fluent English
- Scandinavian language skills are advantageous but not essential
- Based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North Region (60-80%)
