As a Senior Project Manager in NZiT, you will plan and lead multiple complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost. Quality and benefits are rigorously controlled while navigating a learn resourcing model.
Your day-to-day could include:
Full accountability for delivering agreed project outcomes
Maintaining a high standard of delivery assurance through creation and maintenance of consistent controls, artefacts and management disciplines, supporting effective delivery, timely escalation, informed decision‑making when risks or issues arise.
Relationships with your peers, your project team stakeholders and your leaders are productive, communication is professional, clear and timely.

Relevant project management certifications for example, PRINCE2, PMI, Agile.
Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or management
6+ years’ of hands-on project management experience in the Information Technology or Transformation industry, including at least one large project or programme managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience building and leading large project teams successfully.
Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in managing significant project budgets, ensuring accuracy of financial forecasting and reporting, and managing within approved funding.
Demonstrated success delivering in lean, fast‑moving environments and resolving complex issues under pressure.
Coaching and mentor skills and shows a commitment to ongoing professional development.
