Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments while ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Analyze EHS metrics and identify opportunities to improve safety performance and operational excellence.
- Partner with plant leadership to build and sustain a proactive, employee-focused safety culture.
- Stay current on changing environmental and safety regulations and ensure compliance across all assigned locations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a collaborative leader who combines strong technical EHS expertise with the ability to influence others, build relationships, and drive meaningful change across multiple manufacturing sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant EHS experience, OR
- 8+ years of directly related Environmental, Health & Safety experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support EHS initiatives, conduct site visits, lead investigations, and partner with leadership across assigned facilities.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations with responsibility for OSHA compliance and environmental, health, and safety programs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and employee training programs.
- Proven ability to influence leaders at all organizational levels and promote a strong safety culture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities or regional operations is highly preferred.
