Description
Responsibilities:
Coaching and Player Development - Coordinate all aspects of either defense or offense and assist the Head Coach with practice planning, player development, and system implementation. Review all practice and game film to further inform player assessments and evaluations. Be available to players outside of practice time to meet, review additional film, and conduct individual or small-group skill development sessions. Monitors student-athletes’ academic progress. Provide athletes with feedback and direction and create training programs to foster growth and build trust.
Recruiting Coordinator – Coordinate the recruiting process in alignment with the goals, philosophy, and guidance of the Head Coach.
Opponent Scouting - Coordinate and assemble all scouting reports and game preparation materials and provide final quality control.
Social Media Coordinator – Create and execute the program’s annual social media calendar. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ Years of playing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
1-3 years of coaching and/or recruiting experience at collegiate level
