Seasonal Evening Facility Attendant for Volleyball or Basketball

This position is responsible for the supervision of facility rentals at Citizen Park, the Senior Center and other places as needed.

• Unlock facility and turn on all necessary lights and switches.
• Supervise the activities of the group or program in the building assigned.
• Clean up the area used after the group has left.
• Secure the building before leaving.
• Setup and tear down of equipment needs.

Experience: No experience requirements

Certifications/Licenses: No Certification/License requirements

Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.

This position must possess the ability to apply situational reasoning ability by exercising good judgment in which may be a stressful situation, decisiveness and creativity in complex situations; interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram or schedule form; the ability to read and interpret policy manuals established for work environment; and the ability to communicate effectively with Department staff, City employees and the general public
