Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client setup calls, track milestones and deliverables, and resolve issues throughout the client setup process.
- Serve as the single point of contact for bulk transfers and client setups, fostering relationships between Servbank, clients, and Prior Seller/Servicers.
- Distribute data and documentation from Prior Seller/Servicers to relevant business units within Servbank.
- Facilitate wire transfers for incoming transfers, including reconciliation and research of incorrect balances.
- Maintain relationships with clients and address their inbound transferring needs.
- Complete miscellaneous duties and assist with special projects assigned by senior management.
- Handle administrative reporting for clients and Loan Boarding.
- Support Inbound Transfer Coordinators 2 with transfers as needed.
- Manage tasks and ensure pending tasks are closed within 30 days of the effective service transfer date.
Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of standard mortgage documents including origination, servicing, and modifications.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to see tasks through to completion while multi-tasking.
- Flexibility in work hours allowing for extended hours when loan volume requires extra effort.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing transfers process a plus.
- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3 + years of work experience in the mortgage servicing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or loan administration.
