It's an opportunity to join a growing team and help shape the LEGO® brand's approach to paid search on a global scale.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with paid search marketing, including keyword strategy, remarketing, automation, and shopping campaigns

- Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Skai, Marin, or Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Experience supporting global campaigns and localization practices
- Multilingual capabilities, including French, German, Spanish, or other languages
- Ability to work effectively across global and cross-cultural environments
What you'll build
- Support business goals through effective PPC campaign delivery
- Launch and optimize paid search, display, and shopping campaigns
- Help drive sales growth and performance improvements across global markets
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Promote search marketing best practices across activities and markets
- Deliver clear reporting and insights that support informed decisions
If you've worked in a role where you managed PPC campaigns across multiple markets, monitored profitability and sales performance, and turned analytics into actionable recommendations, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine strong platform knowledge with clear communication, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving.
Life on the team
You'll be part of Global Media Activation within the LEGO Group. The team focuses on strengthening the brand's own ecosystem through digital marketing, ecommerce, and audience-first experiences. We work in a busy digital environment, sharing ideas, learning from one another, and shaping how paid search evolves across the business. Our hybrid rhythm includes three days in the office and two days working from home.
What success looks like
Success in this role means consistently improving PPC performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality global search campaigns. You'll build confidence across campaign execution, and reporting while helping teams achieve commercial objectives. You'll work closely with retail teams and performance teams, ensuring search activity supports broader business goals and continues to evolve through data-driven improvements.
