We are looking for a "Production Engineering Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dudullu-DT (distribution transformers) factory with below qualifications;

How you will make an impact:

• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for safety, quality, productivity and efficiency improvements.

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges.

• Monitor equipment performance and work with maintenance teams to improve machine reliability and OEE.

• Participate in PFMEA, control plans, risk assessments, and process audits.

• Support cost reduction initiatives and track project savings.

• Train operators and production personnel on new processes and best practices.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering fields.

• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in production, factory and field experience.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP tools. (Good to have Autocad)

• Strong persuasion and communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. An effective listener with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a high level of motivation and drive.

• Fluency in both written and spoken Turkish and English.
