ENDICTUS Corp. is seeking a Mid-Level Project Management Analyst to support our customer in San Diego, California.


The selected candidate will provide full lifecycle project management support across military healthcare initiatives, including information technology, healthcare administration, clinical support, and other mission priorities.


The Mid-Level Project Management Analyst will work closely with clinical, technical, administrative, and leadership stakeholders to plan and execute projects, maintain project controls, identify risks and issues, facilitate communication, and ensure project objectives and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

 

Employment Contingency

This position is contingent upon contract award. Any employment offer, anticipated start date, and final work location are subject to ENDICTUS receiving the applicable contract award and authorization to begin performance.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, work breakdown structures, project schedules, milestones, and related project documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of military healthcare projects, including information technology initiatives.
  • Monitor and track project progress against established baselines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Identify, analyze, document, and track project risks and issues.
  • Maintain and update project risk registers, issue logs, and action-item trackers.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and other project documentation for customer leadership.
  • Schedule and facilitate project kickoffs, status reviews, technical interchange meetings, and other project meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas.
  • Record and publish meeting minutes and track action items through completion.
  • Maintain project documentation in customer-designated Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate effectively across clinical, technical, administrative, and other project stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and emerging customer priorities.
  • Ensure project management deliverables are timely, accurate, complete, professional, and consistent with customer requirements.


The primary place of performance is in San Diego, California. Normal operating hours are generally Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Customer-authorized travel may occasionally be required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience in a project management role.
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to successfully complete the required Government background investigation.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required DoD/customer facility, Common Access Card (CAC), and information-system access.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Federal information technology procurements and projects.
  • Prior experience supporting the Department of Defense, military healthcare organizations, or another Federal Government customer.
  • Military healthcare or healthcare administration experience.
  • Experience supporting IT modernization, telecommunications, healthcare technology, or similar technical projects.
  • Experience working within Government Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments.
